Position Details
Job Title: HR Communication Designer (OG-II/OG-I)
Reporting To: Wing Head – HR Communications
Employment Type: Contractual (3 years, renewable based on performance)
Eligibility Criteria
Educational/Professional Qualification
- Minimum: Graduation or equivalent from a HEC-recognized university/institution.
- Preferred: Master’s degree in Graphic Design, Media Science, or related fields. Professional certifications in relevant areas will be an advantage.
Experience
- At least 03 years of work experience as a Graphic Designer in a related field.
- Proficiency in:
- Adobe Creative Suite 2025 (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Desktop publishing tools.
- Digital communication platforms and tools.
- Expertise in:
- Marketing, website design, corporate identity, multimedia design, and product packaging.
- MS Office Suite (especially PowerPoint and Word).
Key Responsibilities
- Design HR presentations with engaging transitions, animations, and high-definition graphics.
- Create visuals for HR platforms including websites, social media, and promotional materials.
- Brainstorm and develop creative ideas for HR events, job advertisements, and branding.
- Design event branding, backdrops, invitations, infographics, and collateral.
- Create short videos, animations, and layouts for HR events and social media platforms.
- Manage and coordinate the arrangements for HR events (indoor and outdoor).
- Contribute to HR Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives with tailored designs.
- Liaise with vendors for printing and marketing teams for event promotions.
- Develop mockups, prepare finished designs, and create layouts/logos for various HR initiatives.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.

- Candidates will undergo an assessment test and/or panel interviews.
